After changing my Fitbit now has grey vertical lines goin down it .... I have tried to restart it a few times but they are still there ... I have tried to clear data as well .... the battery charge now seems to be goin down really quick .... only got this in Oct on pre-order so still under warranty .... anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks
Update: Now it’s gone red hot at the back and been vibrating loads and now the screen has gone off?? No idea what’s happening ....

this is bull**ahem** the long reset process is not as simple as you state. the **ahem**en button is so sensitive that a little vibration from your hand can stop the process. I used to think the charge HR reset process was hard, thank for creating something that can frustrate ppl more. Good job

Evening
I’ve just unplugged my Fitbit from charging and noticed grey lines down the screen. As anyone actually managed to fix the problem before? I’m devastated
any help is much appreciated

Contact customer service. They replaced mine at no charge.

ive received mine today and at first it kept updating and now it won’t come in at all even though the green light is on?

Mine took a long time to update. Make sure it is plugged in I find sometime the charger is not lined up properly so double check that

I Am having the same issue. Got in December last year. I have changed the clock face and tried resetting several times.

I am having a similar issue! instead of grey lines, I now have screen burns. As of 2 weeks ago, the whole watch glitched out, and absolutely nothing is readable! I have attached my video here. I have no idea what to do about it. What should I try and do from here? Restarting it does not help, I have already tried. As for the amount of time I've had it, less than a year has passed. please help!!!

I have the same issue and I just got mine for Christmas. I called customer service and they are replacing it. My concern is, is this going to be an on going issue or just one of many? The reason I wanted the Fitbit over the Apple is due to the size. I hope I didn’t make a mistake.

Mine was replaced in August and I have not had any issues.
