Your best bet is to contact Fitbit by phone, they should be able to help.

In my experience there are on going issues with the fitbit charge 3, that I
assume is related to their quality control. The one I received to replace
my original, while still functioning certainly does not perform to what I
could consider an acceptable level, especially where heart rate monitor and
calories burned are concerned. I don't think I would bother replacing it if
it fails again, but not sure yet what I would replace it with.

The replacement Charge 3 I received developed the same lines after four months. I was given a Versa for my birthday and love it. Have had it just under three months and no real problems. I would be wary of the Charge 3.

How do I go about getting a new one? I’m on my second now in under 12 months and same problem, grey lines on the screen.

I purchased my Charge 3 Rose Gold May 2018 and yesterday, after charging it to full, I started to get light Grey lines going vertically down my screen.  Followed some of the tips on the forum but nothing changed. How can I go about getting it replaced under warranty or fixed. I use my Fitbit religiously for my sleep tracking and will be sad if I can't afford to get a new one.  Help please.

Charge 3 started having gray vertical lines today and ate the battery down from 90% to nearly 40% in less than 30 minutes...  followed all of the recommendations on this thread and none of them made it stop.  It is currently attached to a charger after getting to 20% under an hour at this point.  What is my next step?

Contact customer service.

Write an email to fitbit and they will do a few assessments via email and then offer a replacement pending where you are in your warranty.

Customer Service contacted me pretty quickly. Unfortunately it is beyond the warranty period; they did offer me a discount to purchase a new one... undecided how I will proceed or if I should just upgrade to Apple Watch.....

Display problem getting worse single stripe now changed to three stripes. Tried all the suggested remedies including changing clock face, short and long reset. This is the second problem I have had with charge 3 fitbit.
I am most upset.
