Grey lines on Charge 3 screen

After changing my Fitbit now has grey vertical lines goin down it .... I have tried to restart it a few times but they are still there ... I have tried to clear data as well .... the battery charge now seems to be goin down really quick .... only got this in Oct on pre-order so still under warranty .... anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks

 

Update: Now it’s gone red hot at the back and been vibrating loads and now the screen has gone off?? No idea what’s happening ....

My Fitbit  has a grey lines too , i just got it as a gift 2 months ago please help

Hi,

 

I have exactly the same problem described in this post and I've tried the reset method and it did not work.

 

Beyond just having the grey lines, the screen is sometimes not responsive and I cannot swipe it to the sides

 

This problem appeared today in the morning and with time the grey color/lines got brighter and wider

 

I would highly appreciate help with it

Hi, the online chat person asked me to change the clock face via the app as this sometimes works. I also tried a long reboot (holding side button in for 15 seconds whilst on charge) but it didn't work. My fitbit was only bought in April so under warranty so replacement should arrive tomorrow!

Completed the upgrade this afternoon and now my screen is showing grey lines. 

After reading comments I have restarted 3 times but the lines are still there. Had the Charge 3 approx 4 months.

The problem got worse... the grey lines got bigger and brighter 😞

 

Rebooting several times did not solve the issue

 

Any suggestions?

I ended up contacting customer services, as my Charge 3 is still in warranty they are sending a replacement.

Same here there are grey lines going down across the screen of my charge 3, the battery doesn't seem to go down too quick which is good but I am wondering what might of happened

Hi I too have started to get grey vertical lines appear on my charge 3 watch. I have tried resetting the watch and changing the clock face but it hasn’t solved the issue. Please can you advise on how to resolve this. Thanks

Hi,

I have been having the same issue. Started with not being able to read the clock race during the day on my charge 3 that I received this past June for fathers day.. Now certain parts of the screen isn't readable even during the evening. I tried changing the clock race. I tried reseting the device. I even tried rebooting the device. It's almost like the screen is burning out.

My Fitbit has the grey lines starting this morning after charging.  My boyfriend bought me this in June of this year.  I have tried the reset and it is not working.  Any other suggestions?

Call customer service, i had the same problem and could not fix.  It was replaces.

Hi, just go onto the online chat, they will check details and check the warranty and you should get a replacement in days! It really was that simple.

I'm also getting the gray lines on screen of my Charge 3, it's less than a year old. Also seeing sporadic issues navigating the menus and times stopping without touching the device.

 

I've reset the device multiple times and changed the clock face as well and the issues seem to be increasing and becoming worse as time passes.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
