Guaranteed Band Improvement on New fitness trackers

Has anyone received ANY assurance from the company that the band durability on new trackers has improved? I refuse to continue to replace the band of my Charge 2 every 3-4 months. I need a new tracker but I need to know if I need to change companies in order to find consistent durability.  I like the overall product, but I need the tracker to remain attached to my wrist.

@Bandless_in_CA Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

I will gladly assist you with this. I personally worn my Charge 2 for over 18 months before needing a wristband replacement so I guess the experience was different for me. You could check the reviews for the device you are interested in and see what other users have commented about it. The Versa and Versa Lite have pins like the normal watches so I think this could be a great option for you. You can compare devices here.

Let me know how it goes.
