Guided breathing starts on own

A couple of times I noticed my fitbit vibrating with a pulsing circle. Reading the guide I found out this is guided breathing. Is there a setting I am triggering that is making the guided breathing come up on its own? Or is it just the screen sensitivity that is randomly taking me there when my gloves are on?

It's weird to hear that this feature is starting itself. I recommend restarting the unit by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
