My Charge 3 went completely black yesterday. It still syncs and records everything but I have no screen. It does not vibrate anymore if I have an alert or put on charge. If I push the button it will vibrate as if going to different functions. I tried the 8 seconds and no smiley face I also tried the 15 second reset and that didn't work either. Nor did changing the clock. I purchased it last May 2019 and they are telling me that I am out of my warranty and refuse to replace it. Should I trash this or is there something else I can try so that I can fix it.
