@Mpsantunes Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! This is odd as your app will work with the language setting you have on your phone so if you have it in English then the app will show in English too. You can try logging our from the app, restart your phone and then log back in. You can also try @SunsetRunner's suggestion but when you download the app make sure it is the Fitbit's official app on the store (which is free and should say it is developed by Fitbit).
Let me know how it goes!

Either you could learn that language (just kidding) or reinstall the Fitbit app. I hope this helps. 🙂

@Mpsantunes happy to hear that you got your app back to English after changing your iPhone's language and thank you for confirming what you did as this may help other members in the same situation.
I'll be around!

I also recently encountered this issue. Even though I changed my iphone settings to English language the issue remained. I later realized earlier in the week I had changed my Region setting to Japan in order to download/navigate through the Japan Suica train app. Once I changed my region back to the United States and reopened the Fitbit app it prompted an app update to my tracker to update the language and I am back on track.
