I've used the stopwatch to time my HIIT session, but no calories nor readout is available for the duration.  I had the fitbit HR and knew to press it to start vibrating and to stop it.  Does Charge 2 have this option as well?

Thanks

Unlike the Charge HR, on the Charge 2, that is just a stopwatch not connected to anything else.  The same functionality is available though, allowing you to categorize what activity you are about to do.

I no longer have my Charge 2 so don't remember exact steps but this Help article tells about it:

How do I start a workout in the Exercise app?

I think maybe you repeatedly push the side button until you come to 'Exercise', then tap the screen to go through the different types of exercise.  But following the above link should cover it.  And you can also change which activities appear as exercise options, described in one of the articles before or after above link.

Also try click on Help link near top of page, then click on Charge 2 for more about the Charge 2 and link to PDF manual.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
