I did 35 mins of HIIT training followed by 40 mins of zumba today with a short break in between. My Fitbit accurately shows 75 active minutes recorded however under the Exercise tab in the app I can only see the zumba stats. I've updated the app, logged out/rebooted phone/logged back in but it's still not showing. Any suggestions?

With your Fitbit Charge 3 you can manually start the following activities:

Your Tracker will automatically register the following exercises:

  • Walking
  • Running
  • Outdoor biking
  • Elliptical
  • Sport—Includes high-movement sports like tennis, basketball, soccer, and others. Sports that might not be recognized include those without continuous movement or that vary in intensity level, like golf.
  • Aerobic workout—Includes aerobic activities with continuous movement, such as Zumba®, cardio-kickboxing, and other dance classes.

Whether your activity is not part of the list above, you can manually log it. If the activity is not available in our database, you can go to the online dashboard at fitbit.com > Log > Activities and create a Custom Activity:

Then, you will be able to manually log it from the Fitbit app. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?".
