HR 2 No Heart rate showing

Don’t know if I just wasn’t paying attention or what but I have no HR info since late Jan. No heart rate being taken at all now either!  Suggestions?  Thanks.

not used my Fitbit Charge 2 for a while but have no heart rate showing all l see is a heart and --BPM

Me too, but it has only been in the past week. I cleaned all the ports and still no luck

I occasionally have periods where it won't pick up my heart rate, but never for more than a few minutes. It's usually after I go for a run and forget to loosen the strap, which is important because all the sweat reduces the space between the tracker and my arm which seems to be important to getting a reading. Try loosening the band by a notch from your normal setting, and if that doesn't help, contact customer support.

Have been trying to contact customer support for days. Can find no phone number, chat option continually kicks me out and “help” section is no help. Suggestions?

I contacted customer support by chat this morning. No solution. My case was referred to a “higher level” of support. Will he contacted in 24-48 hours.
