My Charge HR stopped syncing 2 days ago. I have the app on my tablet, tried logging in on desktop, phone etc with no luck. Anyone else having issue? Thanks and be safe all!

I wanted to add some additional troubleshooting data.
1. I have been having this problem for several months on and off.
2. Each time I first try 'sync' now. That does not work.
3. I then try a soft reset (hold button x seconds while plugged into usb,no data loss). That does not work either.
4. I then do a hard reset (long sequence of button holds). Syncs for a while (less than a week) and the fails again.
