HR zones not correct since end of Oct

It says I spend a lot of time in peak while I don’t. Look at the image below from a short run, i never went above 153 (peak) still it says i spent 14 mins there. This bug also lowered my cardio fitness score from 67 to 57.537AA360-041F-476A-AE07-CD7E39FE91BF.png

Hey @Mais78, I hope you are doin' fine! But if you see on the lowest part of the picture that you shared (thanks for that, by the way) it says that you reached 162 BPM during your exercise, and remember that each heart rate zone represents the total amount of time that your heart rate was different than resting heart rate. So maybe this running was a quite bit more intense than other running sessions. Anyways, you can try to restart your Charge 2 by following these instructions.

You can also try to check your heart rate graph on a computer, maybe this only appears too high on the Fitbit app.

Let me know how it goes!

I don't get it, look at the chart, the line never goes above 153, maybe went to 162 for a second but not for 14 minutes. The total run was 25 minutes, so if my HR was in peak zone you would expect more than half of the line to be in that zone while you can clearly see it was below 153 at all times.

There is definitely something wrong, my HR never went into peak zone before for an easy run, since the end of October the app says i m in peak zone more often than not.
