Hi,

 

Been reading about the importance of HRV as a health metric. Currently have a Fitibit Charge 2 and couldn't see anywhere in the app or the band where this information is stored. Does anyone know if this metric is measured and if so where can I access this information?

Fitbit uses HRV (heart rate variability) in the relax app and in detecting sleep stages, but it is not available directly to the end-user.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
