I had over 12,000 steps on my charge 3 today. I just looked at it now and it says 1,750 steps. The app also is showing this. The same thing happened last night. Everything was working fine until yesterday. Any ideas?

I’ve the same issue, steps go up then all of a sudden back right down, this has been going on for the last few days! I only got it at the end of May and didn’t have an issue till the last few days. I’ve reset it several times and it’s made no difference. Is this issue going to be sorted out? It doesn’t seem it as others have been complaining for a while. Not happy.
