Half of my Charge 3 screen is not working

For 2 weeks, I have noticed that half of my screen (upper part of the screen) is not working anymore. This started after i completed charging my charge 3 to 100%

 

I have restarted my tracker, and this did not help. I have charged my fitbit again, it did not help. I have changed the brightness, but this only affects the lower part of the screen.

 

The top part remains darkened/dimmed and is almost impossible to read

 

How do i fix this??

Having already tried a restart, the next step is to contact customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
