Has Fibit stopped providing support for the Charge 2 so we will have to upgrade to Charge #?

I had multiple issues that seemed to start just after my year warranty ran out and just after the new Charge 3 came out: Heart Rate intermittently stops functioning; there have been blank gaps that appear in my sleep cycle that make me have to delete two sleep cycles and join them back together to get all my hours of sleep to show up; hourly activity fails to register even when I know I have gotten more than 600 steps during the hour; difficulty getting it to sync after multiple tries....Anyone one else having struggles  with multiple issues?

Fitbit has not stopped providing support. If you contact support they will try and help you with an issue, but if you are out of warranty they will not provide a replacement.
