Hi guys just checking to see if anybody has yet received the latest firmware update?? Also if you have, has it sorted the problems we have all been experiencing with the Charge 3? It is now nearly one month since I contacted support (by phone) and reported all the things that my 3 wasn't doing anymore and was given a case number. I was also told that an update was to be released in the next week which should sort out the issues!. My Charge 3 is only 14 months old and frankly I think Fitbit should be doing more to sort out all of these problems for what seems to be many many people. Why should we have to buy the "latest model" to get all the features to work?. You can't even just use it to tell you the time as it is wrong due to the syncing issues ! I am currently looking at buying a replacement tracker and it will definitely will not be a Fitbit ( may I say that I have had 3 previous Fitbits and loved each one till now) 😠

I am at the point where it won't update because it's dead. And nobody from Fitbit has replied to me yet. Apple Watch here I come!
