I have followed instructions from every source...I am on my third Charge 3 device..I have pretty much memorized the questions the help desks will ask.
i am curious...has anybody gotten this combination to actually sync?

here is something a moderator posted about phones being compatible:
"Please note that your phone or tablet is not on our list of compatible devices.
