I had gone on overnight trip this past weekend where I forgot to pack my charger. My Charge 2 died yesterday on the way home, but I plugged it in to charge last night. It was at 100% this morning when I put it on and had been recording steps; however, when I went to look at the time my Charge 2 wasn't responding. According to my app it was suddenly dead after being at 100%.
I have had my Charge 2 for about 3 years now, so I'm wondering if maybe that may be the reason it has stopped working. I have tried the restart steps and everything else recommended on the community boards, but no such luck.
Please help!

Hi @BetterFitness90 Sometimes restarting the device a few times helps, but it would seem three years is a pretty good life. With all the new styles available, it might be time to start looking at them. Glad you're with us.
