For the first time in 3 years my Fitbit 2 has not not reset for a new day . I've tried resetting it like it said but still no joy.

Can anyone help please ?

The good news is that the restart should prevent it from happening again tonight.

 

The bad news is that the steps in error for today can't be removed.
