Haven't received Charge 4 Weekly Reports

I have a Charge 4

 

I have not received weekly fitness updates during the month of December

  They had been coming to my Gmail account.

Have they stopped?

Hi there, @Grinda.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I understand this has been working before, but just to double check, please verify if the option to receive weekly reports is still enabled on the Fitbit app. To do that, try these steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture at the upper right corner.
  2. Under App Settings find Email notifications.
  3. In the list, look for Weekly Summary and make sure is turned on.


Additionally, make sure the Fitbit app is updated and your Charge 4 is syncing continuously so the weekly report can be generated correctly.
