Yesterday the time on my Fitbit began running slow and I wouldn't sync even after rebooting. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Then I removed my devices as it still wouldn't sync and started the set the process. Every time I started the setup process it failed to connect via Bluetooth and kept saying try again. I've done all the troubleshooting suggestion and still, it will not connect and the time is still running slow. Please give me some advice because I feel like I have tried everything I know to do and am really frustrated as it's less than 12 months old.
I have a Samsung A70 Phone and yes the Fitbit 3 fully charged.

i had same problem, fitbit ended up sending me a replacement as i only bought it in may!! arrived today, and it also won't connect, try again!! so frustrating!!!
