Having to charge my HR TOO MANY TIMES

I got my FitBit Charge HR a few months ago. I charge my HR while I'm taking a bath, which takes about an hour.  I put my HR back on and it's fine all night and I never needed to charge it again until bath time.  For the past few days now, when I wake up my HR is pretty much dead and I have to charge it in the morning AS WELL as during my bath. So, today, 9/11, I charged it in the morning like usual, which I should NOT have to do. I put it on and wore it all day.  I just came home from doing a walk and looked at it when I came in the door.  Guess what?  It's dead AGAIN and now I have to charge it AGAIN. I had a fitness tracker from another company that did the same crap.  It worked for 3 months and then it started malfunctioning. It was a Chinese product and I had lots of problems with it and I couldn't get my $50 back. It was a MiFit Band 3. I had to throw it in the garbage.  It was a Xaiomi product and I swore that I would get a FitBit which has support for it's products in the US.  The other company didn't. So I got a FitBit and even paid the extra $5 for a warranty, just in case.  Well, now this piece of garbage is acting up. I need my FitBit very much for my health, as I have many health issues.  I'm so upset, angry and disappointed that this thing is now starting to act up on me.  I guess I should have figured this would happen because most techo gadgets, phones, etc are China-made pieces of crap. What can I do so that this issue of my now having to charge it TWICE a day doesn't happen.  I'm living below poverty and cannot just drop $50-100 on a new one.  This FB was a gift. Please help me.  I don't want to have to throw it out or go through a huge headache of calling, emailing, texting, going to this menu and that menu and making this and that adjustment. I don't know what to do here and I'm getting disgusted with it.  Thanks in advance for your help. JLF

Hi @Jenlyn1969  the Charge HR was retired some time ago. Where did you purchase it? I'm a bit confused as you said this was a gift, but you got a warranty for $5. You've spent time posting on the forums and you bought this to help with your health, so why not try to make this work. Yes, you might have to post or make a call or send an email to support, but you want help, so you'll need to pursue this.
