I made a new email address and tried to change it on Fitbit several times. All goes well when I fill out the form and the verification email gets sent. Then once I click on the "Verify Your Email" button it asks me to log in again and I do. After that, it just goes to my dashboard on the website and I don't know what to do to verify my email form there. This same issue happens every time I try to change my email so I getting annoyed and want help. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks

On the website dashboard go to the gear in the upper right, then settings. On the personal tab the email is the first field. Either your old or new address should be there. If you are logging in with the new email address you should be good.
