Having trouble changing my email address

I changed my email address on my fitbit account on my Windows PC but when i go to my device it still has the old address? I tried to change it on the settings on my device, it says it will send a verification email but doesn't .How do I get my device email address to match my fitbit account email address please?

I'm a little lost @mcnicm20 what device has the email not been changed on? 

Is your tracker still syncing to your Fitbit account?

hi

my iphone, yes it is still syncing with my iphone but it keeps asking me to enter my password for the old email and the old email is on the iphone fitbit app

So then type in your new email and password. 

I have 2 Fitbit accounts, one for testing and find I can easily switch between them.
