i am trying to sync with 10000steps.org.au for an upcoming work challenge.
I did this successfully last year using my fitbit. This has since been replaced and set up and have been using for months.
However, although in my app is says I am synced with it, the above error comes up every time I click sync my fitbit.
can anyone help

In this case, did you re linked both accounts? If you did and keep experiencing the same; please trr contacting 10,000 steps to get further assistance.

I'm also trying to sync fitbit with 10,000 steps, but its coming up with an Authentication Error. I've revoked access as per your suggestion, but I'm still not able to sync. Any other suggestions?
