Having trouble getting my Original Fitbit to work.

I work in a secured facility, we are not allowed to have any cell phones or Bluetooth capable devices. For this reason alone, I have an original Fitbit tracker (mostly referred to now as the Fitbit classic) I took the last year off from having a tracker on me (I was able to use Bluetooth devices) because I’ve been on a different contract. I now have to go back to my secured facility and I can’t seem to get my desktop app to function. I did some research and found out that you have discontinued the desktop app and that I now need to use the Phone app. I attempted to add the device to my account using the phone app and can’t seem to do that. What is the solution to attaching this device to my account to get this squared away.

Hello @GetExcitedTodd and welcome to the Community.  The Classic and Ultra models are both decommissioned and can't get added to an account.  Fitbit discontinued desktop syncing some time ago, too, when it discontinued Fitbit Connect and the Fitbit app for Windows 10.
