Health metrics data not updating

Really fed up of

paying for premium monthly and my charge 3

not updating the health metrics. Tired resetting etc and works for a day or so then stops again. How can I fix this once and for all?

Same here. Yesterday I only got a breathing score and not the other two categories. Today no health metrics at all. It’s the reason I did the premium subscription. Also I keep getting notifications that there are sync issues with my android phone. I have an iPhone.

I am having the same problem except I have a Charge 2.  No health metrics for last 2 nights.

Mine is really bad. No updates for days at a time. I know the service is not massively expensive, but it should still deliver more often than not, just not good enough!

You're welcome. It's the only premium content that I really use, so I would like to help it. Hopefully, it gets fixed this coming week.

Same here. 3 days now no hrv stats or breathing score.  Still on the premium trial but it doesn’t encourage me to want to pay for it when my trial ends

I am having the same issue.  I have not gotten a have have or breathing rate for three days.  Iam not on the trial though I pay for premium.

Hello, I’ve just checked the Fitbit updates. One came thru on 24/6 & I’ve lost BR & HRV since then. It’ll be to do with the programming in the update. Very annoying! Has happened twice before due to updates which take weeks to be fixed. As usual, neither my husband or sister have lost the data, just me!! Again!! Seems o lt sone ard impacted. Fitbit moderators- are you doing anything? Please! Kate

I didn't even get the broken down sleep data this morning, Monday, June 28,  which I did get up until today even though I haven't received health metrics  (except resting heart rate) since last week.  I'm wondering where the moderators are on this thread?

Missiv12 my sleep breakdown is missing this morning as well as my health metrics.  This is frustrating

I have worn my fitbit on the same arm since I  got it and it is not restrictive.  It eorked perfectly until overnight on Friday and then the Health Metrics stopped and the this morning the sleep breakdown has stopped too.  I checked and it says my Charge2 is upto date.  Your explanation does seem to apply.

Mine stopped Friday too. It has been suggested that I need 3 hours of quality sleep for it to work but I have had more than that so it looks like a Fitbit ‘blip’. Hopefully they will get it sorted soon. If not I will not be subscribing to Fitbit premium.

Hello Wilson, Moderator, thanks for the info. I’ve been wearing my charge 3 for over 12 months- everything works as usual except BR & HRV since last Friday. It’s clearly to do with a programming glitch in the 24/6 update and nothing to do with how we’re wearing our Fitbits.
I’d like you to do more than “see us around”, I’d like it fixed please. This is the 3rd time in 12 months this type of programming error has occurred- all to do with Fitbit & not the users. Not the best service for Premium subscribers or any. Wilson, as a Moderator can you please advise when Fitbit will have this fixed/ hopefully not a month! Kate

This morning my fitbit seems to be working properly.  Let's hope they have found and corrected the problem and we will have no further problems.
