Health metrics data not updating

Really fed up of

paying for premium monthly and my charge 3

not updating the health metrics. Tired resetting etc and works for a day or so then stops again. How can I fix this once and for all?

Hello all & Moderators, Kate here from northern NSW, Australia. Health metrics data now working, though blank Friday to Tuesday. Quickest fix yet! Thanks Moderators! No new updates since 24/6, yet issue now sorted??? I cannot understand why some users are impacted & not others. Why is that???

Health metrics updated on 29th and 30th June but nothing since!

Yes, understand your frustration. Mine was blank this morning in Aus 2/7 but reappeared tonight. Moderators- what’s going on. Also health metrics suddenly different coloured graphs? How does this happen without users having to download new updates?? Please explain. Kate

I understand how you are feeling and appreciate the feedback provided. At this time, I'd like to let you know that the situation with the missing Health Metrics data is already been solved. If you still experience a similar situation, please make sure of the following:

 

  • You have the latest Fitbit app version installed.
  • You have a sleep record of the last 3 nights.
  • Your Fitbit device is in the latest version. To update your Fitbit device, check this help article 
  • How do I update my Fitbit device?

As this situation in particular has been solved. I'll be closing this thread. Should you experience other difficulties with the Fitbit app, missing tiles or data, please check our Help Site to know more about your Fitbit device, features and app.
