I have a Charge 3. Is there a way to set a vibration alert when your heart rate goes above a specific number. I am chronically ill and have to try to keep my heart rate below 90bpm. I'd love it if I can set my Charge 3 to buzz when I hit 90.

Hello @AliceLidell and welcome to the Help forums. I'm sorry, but that feature isn't available on the Charge 3. The Sense has a high and low heart rate alert. But both of these alerts only activate if the heart rate is detected when you appear to be inactive for 10 minutes. This won't help you, either. It sounds like you want to be alerted any time your heart rate goes over 90.
