Heart Rate, Sleep and Hours Active not showing up on Fitbit app

Is there a problem with the Fitbit app on Android since Feb 6-7? My Fitbit Versa works just fine, but the app stopped showing my heart rate, active hours, and sleep data since 2/6-2/7. I've had the app for almost 3 years with no issues and my Versa for more than a year, also with no issues until this month. Thanks!

Hi there @Laurendg04 , welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems seeing this information on your Fitbit app. Thanks for letting us know. I'd like to help you out!

I've not heard of something like this happening to a big number of users, so I'm not sure if this would be a known problem. At least it is not by now.

My recommendation would be to make sure that the app is up to date and also, try logging out and logging back in and see if this makes any difference.

Hope you find this helpful. Let me know if you need more help!

PS. I'm moving your post to the Android app board for categorization purposes.

Apologies, I posted to the wrong forum...I intended to post to the Versa
forum and accidentally posted to the Charge. Apparently it's an ongoing
issue for Versa and restarting the fitbit itself is helping. Restarting
fixed my issue, but not all users, so the fitbit people are having to
troubleshoot. Not sure if this is the same for Charge users as well. Thank
you, hope this helps some folks!
