My Heart Rate Zones have been set to 0 and I cannot reset them.

I have a charge 2, using the Android app 3.28 on a 1+ phone.

Let me help you with your Heart Rate zone settings. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on the app? You can try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this check the settings again.
