Charge 3 has suddenly stopped tracking my heart rate, and therefore calories. Having searched the forum and tried the suggested reboot fixes, it is still not working. Noticed the green LED lights are also not working, which may explain why the heart rate is being monitored. Why is this happening? What can I do to resolve this issue!? This should not be happening to a watch device of this calibre, and it is highly frustrating!! The apparent lack of being able to contact customer support is also not very helpful,
Please help.
