The Heart Rate monitor stops working intermittently. I contacted customer support and my Fitbit was replaced and when that one failed, I replaced it and so on. As the HR monitor was not altogether "not working", I waited too long and no longer qualify for the warranty. I have tried the "reset" many times which will periodically initiate the HR monitor but only for a short time.

Hey @Pampam0928, it is great to see you around more often! Thanks for trying to restart your Charge 2 to fix the issue with it's heart rate monitor. Besides that, have you tried to change the heart rate monitor to OFF and ON? give it a try of you haven't, and don't forget to sync your Fitbit.
