Heart Rate monitor not working

Heart Rate Monitor not working - nothing showing on Charge 3 or Fitbit app.

Yeah, I tried everything and now have multiple problems (many of which never worked in the first place). Finally reached out to FitBit directly and they gave me the runaround over and over.  On myiple occasions asked to exchange for a 3rd watch (3 strikes, right?) and they kept offering reset options, NO focus on an exchange, as I asked... went on for almost 1/2 hour... Too late for me but if you can return I highly recommend! My watch continues to fail and additiinal sync issues continue to get worse... Charge3 is junk!

It seems that Fitbit are just ignoring us........really not happy that a company such as Fitbit are totally ignoring our requests for an HONEST answer!!!

Mine is still doing the crap heart rate monitor. But it now tells me I have gone up a crazy amount of flights of stairs. When I have not go w up one flight. Like total I walked up 2 flights of stairs and it says Iv done 85.
So frustrating

My Fitbit charge 3 heart rate monitor just stopped working as well and I’ve done all the resets people here have mentioned and nothing is working so far. I can’t believe this thing only lasted me 41 days so far that’s not good. My Apple Watch lasted me years with never any isssues!!

Hello not only does my heart monitor not work. My step counter tells me I’ve walked 10000 steps more then I have it’s always wrong.

My charge 3 has been working for a couple of months , then all the sudden at exactly 12pm today it stopped monitoring my pulse. I went through all the trouble shooting tips in the link at the top of this forum to no avail. What’s going on and how do we fix this issue?

I'm having all these problems with my Fitbit.  No light on the back. Heartrate monitor not working.  Won't track sleep. Counts steps but stairs, calories and active minutes all wrong. Been emailing back and forth with Fitbit for days. No solutions.

Has anyone been able to resolve these issues or is my Fitbit broken? Had it less than a year. 

Interesting that others have had these issues as well.

Never resolved, I gave up a while ago. Wish I could help. Gets worse with
every update and now the ridiculous scores and constant pop-ups... I'm
just over it and saving for a better competitor 😞

From what I can ascertain it doesn't appear that there is a fix. Very frustrating that they continue to sell a product which is obviously faulty.

With mine I was able to get a new one sent out after a few emails and phone calls from Fit Bit

I only had mine for 3 months when it stopped working! Their seems to be
hundreds of people having this same issue yet fitbit isn't doing a recall.
I won't be buying another fitbit when they wont help resolve issues with
their equipment.

They exchanged mine once and refused to do it again when the replacement
didn't function properly either. Went around in circles multiple times and
reset almost daily.

This is exactly what happened to mine! I just got it this year and hadn't used it in a couple months. It worked perfectly before. Now, no heart rate monitor, no sleep, calories are wonky. I'm so disappointed.

Just got the charge 3. It doesn't show me my heart rate more than it does. I've been looking online for answers and it almost seems like the charge 3 is faulty. 

Is there any fix to this Hit & Miss heart monitor?

If you just got it I would return it for a different one. I now have the Inspire HR and no issues. Fitbit wouldn't give me my money back or exchange because I was over 90 days but get your money back.

I have done all the troubleshooting steps, but the heart rate monitor wont start. I have never faced a problem with my FITBIT charge 3 this is the first time I'm facing such a problem. Please help

I restarted the device and I heart rate is still blank. Are they any fixes for this?
