Since last night, only "--" shows on my Charge 2.  Tried restarting many times- no luck.  As well, there is only one green light flickering in the back.

@reps456, welcome! It's great to see you around! 

Let me help you with your heart rate data on your Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

Hi,

 

It didn't work at all.  As a matter of fact, when I awoke this morning, the device wasn't working at all.  It eventually came back on, with no heart rate, but intermittently stopped again, and showed increased battery life(was fully charged at bedtime.  Thanks for your help!

Now, in addition to al of this and increased battery usage, it won't sync at all.
