A few days back the heart rate sensor stopped detecting my heart rate, I thought i was dead..., contacted the customer support and they couldn't help as it was out of warranty. After a couple of times restarting the device the display is now pixelated. Very disappointed with the tracker quality. Even the chinese trackers last longer for 20% of the price. Never expected such poor quality product from fitbit. BTW earlier i had Charge HR which too didn't work well after 2 years, now the charge 2 also is showing problems just after 25 months of use. I guess they design the product to last only for 2 years.
