I have had my Charge 2, then now my Charge 3 for a long time. However, all of a sudden, on my App (iPhone X) there is no All day sync, which is fine but I keep reinstalling, shutting down, doing all of the obvious things that we all do from time to time to resolve these issues BUT even though the heart rate is definitely working on my tracker. My current heart rate is not registering on my app. It registers for a little while then stops. This is very annoying. I am currently trialling the Premium Fitbit BUt if I am going to continue these inconvenient issues, I definitely will not be continuing with it.
