Hi,
my heart rate is not showing on the Fitbit Charge 2.
In order to fix the issue I decided to:
1. Put my fitbit on the charger and do a reset 3X.
2. Turn off the heart rate monitor within the app, then switch to AUTO monitor, it didn’t show up, so I turned it back to ON.
The laser on the monitor is glowing, so I know that it’s not a hardware issue and more of a software calibration issue.
Please could you help help in anyway?
Thank you .

@Royjamrock Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not reading your heart rate and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and retry what you originally did so restart it and turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
