Heart Rate not showing properly on Charge 2

Hi there - I just noticed that my Heart Rate isn't showing properly on my Fitbit (Charge 2) when I go for a run. It shows up OK on the graph, but for "time in each zone" then it all just shows up as 'light' (as per the pic attached). I've checked back and it looks like it's been doing the same since at least the start of the year. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks!

I have the same issue with my Charge 3 device. Nothing I tried works

Thanks for letting me know - at least it doesn't sound like I'm missing something obvious! Hopefully someone will have a solution...
