Hello,

 

After the last update my charge 3 has not been tracking my heart rate accurately during my workouts. I check it regularly and it's often not even picking anything up!

This is got to be a Fitbit problem and I think they need to fix it. My daughter's charge three, my Versa light, and at least one or two friends of mine have all lost heart rate tracking since November 6 2020

I keep looking on the forum for something from Fitbit to all of us but seems like they're just waiting for all of us to figure it out on our own. Highly irritating.
