Hi. I recently purchased a fitbit Charge 4 and really disappointed to see that the fitbit can’t detect my heart bpm during rowing and skierg machine in the gym. It can track the right bpm on treadmill but as soon as I move to skierg or rowing, it just stops being accurate. It’ll show the Heart rate of usually 80-90bpm and a max heart rate of 130bpm for a while where as I’m pretty sure I’m around 170-180bpm. As soon as I stop rowing/skierg( it will show the right bpm around 160bpm after a few seconds) but as soon as I start rowing/skierg again, it’ll go back to 80-130 bpm and won’t show the actual bpm. Have tried all the fixes on fitbit forum. Adjusting band position, tight/loose, wearing on the inside of wrist, reboot, update , changing the GPS settings but nothing has helped at all. Is there anything that fitbit can help me with please as this is really being a worst experience
