Heart rate & Sleep score no longer appear on Charge 3

Why the heart rate and sleep score no longer appear on my Charge 3?   I purchased it 2 years ago, is that it's lifespan?

Thank you for the detailed information. Regarding your question, I'd like to let you know that it is currently not an expected behavior but I'd like to ask if you're able to see your Heart Rate data and Sleep Score through the Fitbit App? 

In the meantime, I'd recommend restarting your Charge 3 by doing the following steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi,Thanks for your quick reply.  No heart or sleep scores appearing on the app.  I also rebooted the device but still the same results.  I did notice that it happened after swimming.Envoyé par mon Samsung Galaxy A20

ah. take your fitbit off before swimming.
reset your phone
try deleting your fitbit off the app and set up your device again
it might just be that you need a new fitbit/phone.

I have already done what you are suggesting and to no avail.  Why Fitbit mentions that you can swim with it then?  Very very disapointed!Envoyé par mon Samsung Galaxy A20

Hi I've got a Charge 2 and am experiencing the same. I've had it since 2018. The other thing that's not  working is it doesn't automatically log exercise. All happened in the last month. Reinstalled app restarted account but to no avail. Can I assume it's past it's best now?  I'll also try what was suggested to @Gloria27 unless it's what I've already done. Thanks
