Heart rate & activity not working for a week

 Hello Experts,

I have been having issue with my heart rate sensor and activity tracker. 

  1. The heart rate sensor LED is not blicking and its grayed out.
  2. My activity tracker gets erased if it is synced to the app, not sure if they are related. 

 

I contacted the support and the below troubleshooting steps are already done.

- Removed and set-up the device to the app 

- Long restart with 8 sec is done

- Turning off and on the heart rate sensor is done 

 

No luck with both. Its been a week and really need help in fixing this issue.

My watch has gotten worse since last week, the battery gets drained in 2-3hrs. The back of the watch gets heated up and cannot be worn, the time changes every time it is charge and I will have to sync to the app to reset it. This is completely becoming useless during this time.

 

I have not received any help on my last request as well. This is frustrating and the watch is only 2 months old.
