I have been getting only simplified sleep details for a couple of days now. Today I noticed that my heart rate is also not being measured during the same couple of days. Sometimes I see a heart rate, but more often not. 

I have reset my fitbit and switched the heart rate tracking from auto to off and back to auto. No change 

Is there something else I can do?

I’m having the exact same problem. When I reset the Fitbit the heart rate monitor works for a couple of hours before breaking again!
