Hello all. I've had my Charge 3 for about 2 years and all of sudden it lost its mind.
Just sitting on my recliner, it shows my heart rate anywhere between 120-175 BPM. I have a finger pulse/ox unit and a blood pressure cuff registering anywhere from 68-74 BPM.
Also, the Charge 3 says I've burned 11,287 calories so far today - quite impossible since my leg is in a cast. I've done every reset I can find on this site and nothing seems to help. Should I just bite the bullet and buy a new one?

There are some factors that can affect your heart-rate reading on your Fitbit device. Please follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues.
If you manually logged activities or if you have connected your Fitbit account with a third party app (Strava, MyFitnessPal, etc), the information registered by them can increase your calories burned.

Same exact thing is happening with mine too. I’ve had it for about 2 yrs and it just started going crazy. I’ve rebooted multiple times and it is still going crazy, particularly the heart rate sensors. I’m frustrated because the same thing happened to my first FitBit, the Alta Hr after about 2 years too.
