I have been wearing my Charge 2 for over a year now with no issues. All of a sudden, it won't track sleep even though the heart rate is being tracked all night according to the graph. I have tried resetting as that seems to be the only solution offered in any of the threads but that doesn't fix it. Any ideas?

As I mentioned, it has worked for over a year and then just stopped one day. None of those issues noted in the article apply. It also has now started giving me credit for 5 hour workouts in the middle of the night even though heart rate has not gotten even into fat burning rate. Basically the thing is becoming useless.

Ditto.
Have done all the resets, it’s definitely picking up my heart rate overnight. No error message just no data! It’s like I wasn’t even wearing it!
I’m on an iPhone 7, and yes before I get a lecture I have updated the app to the latest.
