Heart rate is screened out on fit but charge 3.  Heart rate not showing on phone as well.  Used for less than three months.  Did a reset while on charger.  How do I get the heart rate to show again.  Quit mid day today while not doing anything except having on wrist.

Just got it. How do I get the heartbeat to show on the clock face. How do I make the clock stay on?

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this. 😉 I'm glad to hear that your heart rate is back. 

Hi @Noeldog, welcome on board. At this time there is no a continue screen timeout for Charge 3. Please take a look at the Longer Screen Time for Charge 3 request, vote for it and leave your comment.
