Heart rate different in zone minutes from heart rate

I noticed that I had 8 minutes in the zone where my heart rate reached 148 bpm but when looking at the regular heart rate data for that time it shows in the 80s. Why the difference?

Hello @Hotwheels03 

 

The regular heart data are shown in increment of 15 minutes, and show an average over 15 minutes. If your were at 148 bpm only a short time and all other measurement were quite low the average will be low. 

You can see detailed measurement for every minutes only for exercises statistics.
