why doesn't my heart rate appear on the face of my fitbit

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know that your heart rate doesn´t appear on the face of your Charge 3 @Jginter.

 

 If you turned heart-rate tracking off, turn it back on:

On your device, open the Settings app > Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting On.

 

What do you see on your Charge 3 face?
